START CHARGING
- On the touchscreen, select the applicable connector button. If you skip this step, the EVSE selects the correct connector automatically when you connect the EV charge cable to the EV.
- Connect the EV charge cable to the connector on the vehicle.
- On the touchscreen, press the Start button.
- If the touchscreen shows a message to authorize the charge session, do the instruction that the touchscreen shows. Depending on the charger/location settings, may be applicable an authentication method: scan the RFID card for identification or use a PIN).
- The charging session will start after the preparation phase. The progress will be indicated on the screen.
STOP CHARGING
- On the touchscreen, press the stop button.
- If the touchscreen shows a message to authorize the stop, do the instruction that the touchscreen shows (same authentication method as for starting a session).
- Disconnect the EV charge cable from the EV and place the cable on the charger.
In some cases, the EV locks the connector. To unlock the connector, obey the instructions for the EV. It may be necessary to unlock all doors of the EV, or use the ‘unlock charge connector button’ on the car key, if present.
STOPCharging will stop without user interaction:
• In case of alarm/hazard.• When the battery is full, the charge session stops automatically.
• When the maximum charge time set by the operator/owner has been reached.
IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY
- Push the emergency stop button. The charger stops all ongoing charging sessions and displays a message.
- Contact the Site Manager/Operator.
Only push the emergency stop button if there is an emergency!
EMERGENCY BUTTON IS PRESSED ACCIDENTALLY
- Verify that the situation is safe.
- Turn the emergency button clockwise:
- The emergency button is released and the charger is reactivated.
- After a few seconds the message disappears from the screen and the charger returns to normal operation.
TROUBLESHOOTING

The touch screen is black and it does not light up when you touch it. |
There is a problem with the AC input power supply. |

The touchscreen shows this message: Unable to lock the connector. |
A.The EV charge cable is not connected correctly to the EV. B. You are not authorized for the charge session. |

The touch screen shows this message: Unable to unlock the connector from the car. |
A dangerous voltage is present on the EV charge cable. |
1. Wait 5 minutes. 2. Start the charge session again.(Refer to OEM Manual section 4.4.2) |
The touchscreen shows this message: Insulation detection error. |
There is an insulation problem on the EV or the EVSE. |
1.Try another EVSE to charge the EV. 2. Contact your local representative of the manufacturer. (Refer to OEM Manual section 1.12) |

There is a communication problem between the EV and the EVSE. |
